Science and Engineering

Welcome to our Science and Engineering division.  These days too many Americans have fallen behind the curve with regards to math and science.  In time we hope to expand this website to include information of quality comparable to certain courses in math and science.

For now though, we do have a few fun articles detailing  science that can be fun and useful to know.  Ever want to build your own solar panel?  Ever want to make a floating hydrogen birthday balloon with household items?  No?  How about an engine that generates thrust with no moving parts! We have this and more.

If this stuff does not float your boat, we have people who offer informed opinions on popular science discussions like global warming or nuclear energy.  We reach out to inventors who want to share their genius to the world.  Some of our content is so unique that you won't find it ANYWHERE else.

Welcome. We hope you find what you seek.

*DISCLAIMER*

This section is compiled in the hope of spurring the imagination of those driven to create and invent.  The material here is entirely different from the political side of Fortscribe.  Depending on the topic, some of this material could be quite technical or possibly dangerous to the uninitiated.  Indeed, some of this material could be used by miscreants for nefarious purposes just as easily as it could used to create something wonderful.  It is not our desire to train a new generation of rogues.  We just like to develop technology. We believe that the open exchange of ideas is critical to keep this country on the cutting edge.

We have considered a registration system to screen who can view some of our more sensitive documents, however we feel that this is not prudent at this time. In cases where a particular discussion or demonstration has a potential harmful use, we submit that knowledge of said technology is important for the general public in resisting inappropriate usage of this technology.   We also submit that the ultimate responsibility in using or applying a technology is with the user.  You may not agree with this, but this is a way some of us chose to exercise our liberty.
