With General Motors now under control by the government, we here at Fortscribe expect that there will now be a push to force "eco-friendly" hybrid cars onto the public.  We expect that GM will be forced to largely shut down its SUV production and shift gears to making "Zaporozhets" that the general public has thus far avoided.  These will be marketed as American made and environmentally sound.   Since the over-taxed Americans who actually buy from GM resent having to pay for the GM bailout, this marketing approach will initially fail.

The liberals expect this and so the next step to will be to tax how much we travel and people will have to pay extra for "gas-guzzlers."  Obama youth brigades might find this idea new and refreshing, but the enlightened here at Fortscribe see this for what it is.  Just another attempt by liberals to pay off their union backers. 

Don't worry friends, you are not alone.  Many of us see the Obama's socialist agenda for what it is.  We just thought we would make our prediction and see if it comes to pass.
